Wooden Sauerkraut Stompers – Small

Stompers get the fermentation process started. Layer shredded cabbage and salt, then pound the salted cabbage into smaller pickling crocks with this precisely sized stomper. Repeat until crock is full. Made of smoothly sanded poplar by a local Amish craftsman.
