Prandi German Style Hatchet Classic, 2.20-Lb Head

A Handy Hatchet for Camp and Kindling

When you need to split kindling, trim small branches or tackle everyday camp chores, a compact hatchet is easier to manage than a full-size axe. This Prandi German Style Hatchet Classic pairs a 2.20-pound forged carbon steel head with an American hickory handle for familiar balance and control.

The polished, hardened C43/C45 carbon steel head is shaped in the traditional German style and measures about 6.85 inches across. The hickory handle is about 15.76 inches long, giving the tool an overall length of roughly 16 inches. A leather string at the handle end adds a practical finishing touch. Model PRA0310C is made in Italy for camping, bushcraft, kindling and other light chopping work around the cabin or woodpile.
