3 Issai Hardy Kiwi Live Plant – Self-Pollinating Fruit Vine Starter – USDA Zones 3-8

Overview

Discover the joy of growing your own fruit with the Issai Hardy Kiwi live plant. This remarkable deciduous climbing vine, scientifically known as Actinidia arguta Issai, is celebrated for its attractive foliage and the abundance of delicious, grape-sized, smooth-skinned green fruits it produces. Unlike many kiwi varieties, the Issai is a self-pollinating kiwi vine, meaning you only need one plant to successfully harvest fruit, making it an ideal choice for home gardeners with limited space. Its a compact variety, typically reaching 12-20 feet in height and 3-5 feet in width, offering a more manageable growth habit compared to other kiwi species. Whether youre an experienced gardener or just starting, this hardy kiwi offers a rewarding and relatively low-maintenance fruit-growing experience.
